Tasting Notes

Dense liqueur-like nose with violets, dried roses, blue-berry, blackberry, vanilla and a lift of tart/sweet cherry, a supple and plush entry, silky tannins and soft acid backbone balance the intensely ripe fruit, mouthfilling and graceful with layers of primary black fruits, licorice and sweet vanilla oak, concentrated through a long full finish.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon wine is best served with a grilled rib eye steak or a seared tuna fish served with a brown rosemary herb sauce and with tomatoes and broccoli. A bittersweet chocolate dessert is a great way to complete.
